Lay-Buy Terms and Conditions

BO Lay-Buy Policy

The following are our lay-buy terms and conditions which you unequivocally agree when purchasing from us on lay-buy.

If you are not happy with these terms and conditions, you are allowed to change your mind within 48hrs from placing your order on lay-buy. Please communicate this within the time-frame provided and your order will be reversed, failing which, you will be bound by these terms and conditions.

Payment:
The total period for each lay-buy is one (1) month. A non-refundable 65% deposit is required when placing items on lay-buy. This amount is non-refundable. The balance is due within 30 days therefrom.

Merchandise:

We hold onto your items until the full payment is made. When you have paid in full, the items will be available for collection or delivery at your expense. If the goods are not collected within 7 days from the date the balance was paid, you will be liable and charged for storage fees at P50.00 per day thereafter.

Refunds and Default Payments:

All payments made are non-refundable. As soon as the lay-buy period expires and full payment has not been made, you lose all rights to the items placed on lay-buy and all monies advanced in respect of the lay-buy. You shall have no recourse whatsoever against BO or its employees, agents or affiliates in this regard.
